Projects

We are frequently asked by community groups, businesses & local residents to either build or repair things.  Where possible we may be able to assist but we are limited by resources. For further information please contact the shed via our Contact page.

Here are some of the projects we’ve worked on:

Free Little Library

The Vincent Men’s Shed have built and installed a outside their premises at 10 Farmer Street North Perth. The library is for all members of the public from children to adults to encourage reading and put down digital devices for a short time. Here we see Harvey and Archie looking for a suitable book to read before going to bed. The aim of the library is for the public to find a book to read and if possible, replace the book taken with one they have already read.

Planter boxes

The Shed has already built 16 planter boxes for the City of Vincent shopping precinct of Fitzgerald & Angove Streets in North Perth.  We’ve been asked to build some more!  If you can help out please get in touch with us.

Activ Foundation

Created a photo kiosk for the Foundation’s annual ball.

ANZAC Cottage

Created wooden white crosses for ANZAC Cottage to distribute on Remembrance Day.  See our media page for more information on the project.
